First we thoroughly inspect every shirt, fully unbutton them and remove collar stays. Then every shirt goes into a soaking process over night to softly and gently remove any staining. The next step is laundering them in brand new state-of-the-art soft mounted computerized washing machines using the best soaps and conditioners from Germany. The next step is going to press by the finest machinery from Japan and then every shirt is hand finished and all sleeves are creased, for a look of perfection every time. Then final inspection, every shirt is looked at for buttons missing or cracked, and any pressing defaults. Packaging, here is a major difference; collar stays are replaced, French cuff shirts will receive a metal cuff link and every shirt will receive a collar support. We never put more than four shirts in an order to minimize any pressing defaults.
